How Does It Work?
Diagnosis is confirmed using the SLICC criteria alongside comprehensive serological testing. Hydroxychloroquine (HCQ) forms the backbone of SLE treatment — protecting all organs from lupus damage. Organ-threatening manifestations require targeted immunosuppressants (Mycophenolate, Cyclophosphamide) or advanced biological therapy (Belimumab). All patients undergo 3-monthly organ function monitoring.
